What is your typical response time for requests?
We strive for a 24-hour response time to all quote requests. Once you approve of the quote, we will reach out to schedule the service at a convenient date and time. After the job is complete, we'll provide a close-out report with any relevant information (photos, etc.) and confirm you're satisfied.

Do you handle high-risk trades like roofing or mold remediation?

Hi, I'm Chris Haigler, the owner of Crane Creek Maintenance Services, LLC. After 20 years of working in the commercial & residential maintenance industry, I noticed how hard it can be for property managers, realtors, and homeowners alike to find maintenance contractors who actually show up on time, value honest, effective communication, and respect their customer's property.
I started Crane Creek to offer a different kind of handyman service. My goals are straightforward: Build the kind of company that values clients as people instead of a bottom line, and be the kind of contractor I would personally hire as both a property manager and homeowner.
